Beam it Recruitment is still in the business of placing people, that's our bread & butter, if after completing our employability service, you're able to find a job with one of our clients, we'll refund your fees 1 calendar month after your start date at the new company.

Resume Review
The importance of a good resume cannot be understated, with your resume acting as the first impression you make on potential employers. We offer a service in which we read, analyse, and suggest improvements for your CV.
Sometimes it's difficult to write a whole lifetime of achievements on paper & it helps to get an extra set of eyes across it.
Once you've sent us your resume, we'll look over it & provide feedback on a video call review. ​​

Social Media Review (included with Resume Review)
We understand that in most cases your personal & professional lives can be considered separate but the reality is that your online presence is assessed by potential employers.
As part of the employability service we can provide honest feedback on your public social media, what to do with that information remains your choice, of course.

Interviews
With experience working as an agency & on behalf of tech companies, we're able to offer a wide perspective to ensure you're fully prepared for your interviews.
Our interview training includes:

Preparation & debrief for any interview (not necessarily our clients), providing an opportunity to sanity test your questions, ensure you've covered all aspects prior to the meeting

Mock interviews: We conduct role-play for practice interviews, these are generally non-technical but a great opportunity to simulate interviews if you're anxious.
This is especially useful for non-native English speakers who want to practice conversations in a professional setting. -
Feedback & training points: We provide honest recommendations to consider before attending your next interview
