We’re now nearly 2 weeks into 2025, I’d imagine most teams have their hiring roadmap in place with budgets approved & job ads out.
I thought now would be a good time to write up an overview of the options Beam it can offer to streamline your process & ensure you find the right person as quickly as possible.
I’ve reviewed our T&C’s slightly for new clients signing in 2025, please note there will never be any rises in costs for existing clients but if you would like to switch to a new structure, feel free to reach out.
Consultancy
We have availability for Talent Acquisition consultancy, this is bespoke but it can take a lot of pressure off your team to allow them to focus on their technical work.
I’m able to jump in as a ‘Fractional Tech Recruiter’ if you’re looking for advice or have an urgent live role that you need help with
Consultancy can include:
Writing job ads (& posting them in all the right places)
Managing your incoming candidate pipeline
Working with stakeholders to progress candidates through your ATS accordingly
Sourcing/headhunting
Video screening
Help with negotiating offers, contracts & onboarding
Advice on relocation & Visas if necessary
This would be billed on an hourly basis, rates around $50-75ph depending on the hours
Contingency
This is how most of our clients prefer to work if their vacancies aren’t urgent or they’re looking for an extra set of eyes on the market.
Often we already have great candidates in our network ready to submit, Beam it guarantee every candidate has been screened on a video call & we’ll help them through your internal process, hopefully resulting in a new hire.
Upon successful placement, we’ll send an invoice for 17.5% of their first 12 months of salary.
Retained Search
Whilst I’m confident in our ability to deliver great candidates, contingency hiring does stack almost all of the liability onto us, when projects go on hold or clients are just using us to gauge the market, it has a significant impact on our resources.
Opting for a retained search shows an initial commitment from our clients, allowing us to properly allocate more time & resources to their vacancy in the knowledge that they’re trusting us to find the right person.
We ask for 25% of the expected fee paid in advance for each role, in return for their trust we reduce the final fee to 12.5% of the first 12 month’s salary.
Contract Hiring
We do have a number of clients that prefer to hire external contractors on a short term or project basis. We have a database of candidates that regularly update us on their availability, we can often produce multiple resources for a single project at short notice
