I've been recruiting in the BEAM market since 2014, starting with Erlang & later Elixir. I spend my working days reviewing resumes & speaking with engineers and hiring teams.

Resume Refresh is a chance to get honest, practical feedback from the other side of the hiring process, with a follow-up to help you put that feedback into practice.
 

How it works

📑 Submit your resume for review
Send over your CV before our first call so I can read through it & prepare feedback.

💻 Discuss your review on a personal video call
We'll work through your CV together, covering its structure, content & how you communicate your experience. There's time to discuss your public professional profiles & ask questions too.

This call usually lasts 60-90 minutes.

📅 Book your follow-up call
Before we finish, we'll book a date for a follow up call, giving you time to make your changes. We'll then review the updated version together & discuss any remaining questions.
 

Social media review included

Your public profiles can help employers understand your experience beyond your CV.

We can look at LinkedIn, GitHub or other public profiles you'd like feedback on, with practical suggestions for presenting your work. What you change remains your choice.

Resume Refresh - $50

Includes your resume review, an initial personal video call usually lasting 60-90 minutes, a public profile review & a follow-up call after you've made your changes.
